After decades of loyalty to my previous insurance company, I experienced significant lack of critical initial/follow-up communications, higher rates and insufficient coverage for my three policies. I knew I must make a change and soon. Several small, area businesses and friends recommended Eric Insurance. Harvey and the crew at Erie/University Chapel Hill are awesome. Truly amazing and extremely professional. I change cars more then underwear and poor Harvey is always there and very responsive to swapping a car of my policy and adding the new ride. Everyone I’ve dealt with here has been a pleasure.
