Having Kelly Davis, with The Ballard Agency, for our insurance agent is the best decision we ever made! We had a terrible incident with our vehicle while we were out of town in Washington, DC over a holiday weekend. Kelly literally saved us and got us and our vehicle all the way back to Durham, NC the very next day. I have never experienced customer service like this before. He answered our calls and pleas for help on a Sunday morning and got us taken care of and back home the very next day, which was Labor Day Monday. We are forever loyal to this agency because we don't believe we will ever find another agent that gives this high level of customer service! 10/10! I cannot say enough amazing things about this company and our agent! Shout out to Kelly and many, many thanks for all he has done for us!!!
