I highly recommend Quality for their professionalism & compassion. The Funeral Director, Mr Royster, was so caring & patient. He helped us feel at ease with the entire process & share in the experience. He & his staff treated us as family, with so much kindness & genuine interest. We felt they were the best choice & we are eternally grateful to them! Thank you again Harry, Andrew, & Tracey!

DO NOT USE THIS MORTUARY! My grandfather passed while he was visiting my family in NC on a late Thursday night. Since he lived in Kentucky his funeral was already paid for, and the funeral home in Kentucky selected this place to have my grandfather embalmed, and flown back to his final resting place. My mother spoke to a man who advised we could come view his body, and we did. Long story short. His remains were scheduled to fly out on Tuesday mid afternoon. My parents and I scheduled to see his body on Sunday afternoon. When we arrived we were greeted by a man who had obviously been working. He had on a mask along with a black leather looking smock, and work boots. He led us inside to my grandfathers remains and we were DEVASTATED!! My grandfather was laying in a doorway wrapped in plastic with only his head, face, and chest visible inside of a wooden box. WHY??? There was some form of cream on his face to keep him moisturized, my mother asked about it, and the man started to wipe his face and says "Oh, that will come right off" She was livid!! Needless to say I would NEVER in my life recommend this place to ANYONE who has lost a loved one. The service is not quality AT ALL!

This company is contracted with UNC Chapel Hill to hadle remains of peoples loved ones. They cremated my daughter whom I lost at full term and sent her to me in the mail. No one not even the hospital ever informed me that I would be recieving my childs remains via the mail! But that isn't the worst part. I was completely blindsided when the mail man rung my door bell. But once I call the crematory I felt like I had been victimized all over again. The woman that works there and answered the phone was a disgusting excuse for a human being. She was rude, callous, cold, insensitive, ignorant, heartless, and for lack of a better trem a real B****! With a capital B! She knew I was speaking of my child and that I was devastated to have surprisingly recieved her remains in the mail. I wanted to know if it was common practice. And to speak with her boss whom she refused to put on the phone. She just kept telling me that she did her f***ing job, and thats all she had to do. And to call somebody else with my problem about recieving the daughter that i had just lost at childbirth, in the mail. She didnt care and it wasnt her problem as long asvshe did her f***ing job. She should be terminated immediately! Take the word terminate however you choose. And please all who read this call Unc Chapel Hill and demand they terminate their contract with this company immediately! No one should ever have to deal with such appalling behavior in the wake of a tragedy. Their services are anything but quality! And if you lack human decency and compasion you dont deserve to be in this line of work. If I could give a negitive 10 stars I would 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫!
