NC Girl2 StarSo this location is the claims head quarters. I went with my spouse to collect a check because one of their customers had pulled out in front of us and caused us to total one of our vehicles. After waiting for some time I needed to use the restroom the woman at the front refused saying the were not for the public. I didn't just all in off the street. I was their because one of there policy holders caused an accident that has caused us extreme inconvenience as a result of not having a vehicle as well as injury. You would think she would be a bit more polite and allow me to use the restroom.Thursday 19th May 2016
