We had a new property with some very tricky aspects to insure where we talked to what felt like every national brand insurer, so here's the scoreboard: Time spent on the phone with those other insurers and brokers with no success where we felt our closing was at risk: ~10 hrs. Time spent with Blaine at Herring & Bickers: ~15 minutes and reading an email the next day to know we'd be able to close, then a few quick follow-ups to get it all done. Oh, and the rates were reasonable, too! Could not recommend him/them more strongly. I'd give a 6th star if I could.

I was a first time car owner and needed to get insurance after having experienced an accident. I had so many questions, but my agent, Jeremy, stepped in to answer every one. He and the whole office have been incredibly supportive and responsive since last year. Could not have made it without them! They never turn me away when I want clarity and are really great to work with. I feel like I am in great hands. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new plan.

We have been with Erie Insurance through Herring & Bicker for over three decades. They are absolutely top-notch. During this extended period we have had a few claims, which have always been handled in a quick and efficient manner. Moreover, when we have occasionally done comparison shopping with other agencies to see if we could save money on premiums we have consistently found that switching to another company would not have yielded any significant financial advantage. We feel we receive patient and personalized service. This year we did an in-person review and my wife and I were both astounded with the time they were willing to spend; in particular, Jeremy Boor was very patient and helpful in explaining our various options. Finally, we purchased a new car recently and Jeremey was extremely patient in answering my numerous questions as we navigated the complex process. His personalized and patient attention was very important to us and extraordinarily helpful. Insurance issues are generally confusing and complicated for us. We feel fortunate that we found Erie Insurance and the Herring and Bickers agency (specifically, Jeremey) to take care of our needs in this realm. We appreciate their attention to detail and warm customer service.
