I’m rarely a person that does reviews. Mainly because once I do, the quality of service goes down drastically and I end up getting disappointed. Demetrius’s team, however, is a customer service anomaly. They have been nothing but consistent, transparent, educational, and kind, especially Shawane. She’s incredibly personable and welcoming, you can tell that she genuinely cares about people. She always manages to reassure me by answering all of my many questions and encouraging me along the way. If you want to partner with an office that takes the time to educate you and be transparent with you so you can make conscientious decisions about your insurance needs and makes you feel like family, then look no further! Although I am really not happy with the communication provided by my claims adjuster, Shawane Jones answered the phone when I called my agent and was very helpful. She made phone calls and found people willing to spend time talking to me and eventually connected me with a supervisor who finally got things moving. She also followed up with me after every phone call. I appreciate all the time she spent helping me. She is an asset to your company.
