Great experience from the first contact. We needed to bring our home and auto policies up to date with adequate coverage amounts and had many questions. Each one was answered expertly, in a timely and friendly manner. We now have far superior coverage but barely saw an increase in premiums. Chan made a process that can be overwhelming very easy. I highly recommend his agency!

Chan has been my insurance agent for the past four years, and has been fantastic. After grad school, I had not had car insurance for two years since I was living in a city without a car, and Chan did me a favor and wrote a favorable policy. Since then, I've gotten married and added my wife's car and other policies, including homeowners' insurance. Chan has always been incredibly friendly, responsive, and straightforward. He takes a long-term approach and looks out for our interests, explaining how he would approach each decision if in our shoes. I really like the policies and rates that he's able to offer through Erie, as well. I recommend Chan without reservation!

I have been with this insurance agency for car/renters insurance for over 5 years now and even kept them when I moved because they were so helpful, organized, and offered great rates. I fortunately didn't have any accidents up until now, but can say that following a recent accident Chan has been super helpful and genuinely seems to care for the well-being of his customers.
