Annie was a joy to work with for all my insurance needs. She is very knowledgeable and personable and was able to provide quotes that were better than the other insurance companies I contacted. She actually made my insurance experience fun and that is a first for me! I also enjoyed my interaction with Joslyn who works in Annie Burton's office. I highly recommend this business and it is in Hillsborough!

Been with State Farm since I started driving, and Annie Burton and her team have been our local agents since moving here a few years ago. Transferring coverage from another state, then from short-term apartment to permanent address, was all made simple thanks to her wonderful team. More recently, our only vehicle died. We bought a replacement but needed it insured in less than two days so we could drive to a timely medical procedure. DeMarquis got everything squared away for us, and quickly! He answered all our questions, and even stayed on the line to make sure our temporary ID cards arrived by email. It seems like a small thing, waiting on the line for an email to arrive, but it was so thoughtful, and having one less worry before a medical procedure is truly a godsend.
